**Simplicity:** Some immersion circulators have a raft of high-tech features — but that complexity can backfire.

We deliberately made the AcuVide™ simple to operate, for reliable, stress-free operation. The intuitive touchpad controls make it easy to set temperature and time up to 99 hours. A big, bright digital display allows chefs to see the status of the sous-vide cooking process at a glance. The unit will remind you when it’s time for cleaning, and its cleaning cycle only requires water and vinegar to keep the circulator performing at its best.

**Safety:** Hamilton Beach Commercial is the first U.S. company to offer an IPX7-grade immersion circulator. This means the AcuVide™ has been tested and found to withstand the ingress of water when submerged in up to 1 meter of water for 30 minutes. It’s also NSF-certified, which signifies that it meets stringent foodservice health and safety standards.

An audible alarm and automatic shutoff prevent the AcuVide™ from running when the water level is too high or too low. We even designed the AcuVide™ with a special clamp that holds it in place by attaching securely to the side of a plastic container. The metal screw found on other circulators can crack containers when overtightened, causing water leaks and wasting money.

**Capacity:** Most chefs use 8 gal./30L containers for a sous vide water bath. The AcuVide™’s 1200-watt pump is designed for just that size: It heats up to 30L of water to a consistent temperature.

The maximum temperature is 203°F (95°C), which is hot enough to cook rice and other grains sous vide. Meats, poultry, seafood and other foods can be held at the precise temperatures that are ideal for each.
