This week's foodservice hero is Priscilla Nesbitt from Georgetown, Ontario. She is a member of the foodservice industry working as a Purchasing Director for Best Western Hotels.

She is coordinating with vendors to provide food and other items to an assisted care facility in Toronto. The project involves serving meals to the nurses and healthcare staff as they work through this difficult time in the nursing home facility. She is managing the project at her own expense and time to honor and serve those who are caring for the elderly.
We are honored to bring awareness to her dedication and hard work.
