Today, we're sharing the story of Cody Anderson, a foodservice hero from Draper, Utah, a suburb of Salt Lake City. Cody is the Food Service Director with Thomas Cuisine (@thomascuisine on Instagram) at eBay in Draper, Utah. He and his team have been preparing fresh meal kits to-go in conjunction with a local group called Citrus Pear (@citrus_pear on Instagram).

The culinary staff at eBay, along with Citrus Pear, is making healthy, ready-to-make meals for customers, serving approximately 1,500 meals per day. eBay has decided that during the Utah "Stay Home Stay Safe" order, they would like any profits made from this project to be donated to the Utah Food Bank. In April, the group raised $11816.86 for the Utah Food Bank. The project has allowed most of the staff to keep working and providing fresh, easy-to-make meals for the community.
