Ultimate Breakfast Smoothie

Ultimate_Breakfast_Smoothie-290755-editedThis Ultimate Breakfast Smoothie is perfect for the customer who's always running out the door with his briefcase in one hand and checking his phone with the other. This smoothie contains a banana, an avocado, blueberries and spinach—more than five servings of fruits and vegetables in a single cup.

Ingredients:
1 banana

1 avocado

1 cup unsweetened fresh or frozen blueberries
1/2 peeled cucumber

1 tablespoon hemp powder (optional)

1 cup unsweetened almond milk

1 dash cinnamon

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 cups packed baby spinach
 
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a high-performance blender and blend until smooth. Garnish with additional blueberries, if desired.
