Tangy Raspberry Smoothie

Ingredients:
1 cup milk
1/2 cup pomegranate juice
1/2 cup ricotta cheese
1/2 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
1 tablespoon wheat germ
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
 
Instructions:
Place all ingredients in a high-performance blender. Process until the smoothie reaches your desired consistency and serve immediately.
