The EXPEDITOR™ 1100 Series Culinary Blender is powerful enough to break down the viscosity of the peanut butter, but it is also precise enough to give you complete control over the final texture of the dish.

Peanut Butter and Maple Smoothie
Ingredients:
200g 1% milk
200g maple syrup
800g plain nonfat Greek yogurt
400g peanut butter
Suggested garnishes: raspberry preserves, granola, fresh raspberries
Instructions:
1. All all ingredients to your EXPEDITOR™ 1100 Series Culinary Blender in the order listed above.
2. Press the 1:00 minute button on the touchpad.
3. Put the variable speed dial on 3 and press the Variable Speed button.
4. After the ingredients are incorporated, slowly increase the speed to 5.
5. Press STOP when desired consistency is reached. Yields up to 12 servings.
