Ingredients:
1 cup baby kale
1 1/4 cups chopped unsweetened frozen pineapple
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1.5 cups unsweetened coconut milk or coconut water (coconut milk will make a thicker smoothie)
1/4 cup unsweetened coconut chips or flakes (optional)
Combine all ingredients in a high-performance blender and blend until smooth.
