World Barista Champion Agnieszka Rojewska’s Mango Smoothie Recipe

In June 2018, Agnieszka Rojewska successfully became the first female competitor to become World Barista Champion.  HBC is lucky enough to be able to get her to share one of the recipes from her award-winning presentation (see that presentation here on YouTube). You can also read more about her background in our previous post, where she introduced herself. 

We have also produced a video that features Rojewska creating her variation on a mango smoothie, which of course features a coffee twist. Watch below or read on for the ingredients and instructions:

Mango Smoothie

(Recipe by Agnieszka Rojewska)

Ingredients:

100 ml.     Mango purée
100 ml.     Coconut milk
2 oz.         Espresso
8 cubes    Ice
 
Instructions:

Add the ingredients to the jar of your high-performance blender in the order listed -- here Ms. Rojewska is using the Quantum®950 from Hamilton Beach Commercial®.  Blend until creamy texture is achieved. Pour into serving glass and garnish as desired.
