In June 2018, Agnieszka Rojewska successfully became the first female competitor to become World Barista Champion. HBC is lucky enough to be able to get her to share one of the recipes from her award-winning presentation (see that presentation here on YouTube). We have also produced a video that features Rojewska creating her variation on a cookies-and-cream style shake, which of course features a coffee twist. Watch below or read on for the ingredients and instructions:

Ingredients:
Add the ingredients to the jar of your high-performance blender in the order listed -- here Ms. Rojewska is using the Quantum®950 from Hamilton Beach Commercial®. Blend until creamy texture is achieved. Pour into serving glass and garnish as desired.
