****Sweet N' Salty Shake****

Ingredients:

1¾ oz.           [Monin Salted Caramel Syrup](https://www.monin.com/us/salted-caramel-syrup.html)

10 oz.            vanilla soft serve ice cream 

2 oz.              2% milk

 

 

Caramel drizzle, whipped cream and a salty snack like pretzels or potato chips (shown) to garnish, if desired. 

 

 

Directions:

Add the ingredients to your [stainless steel mixing container](https://hamiltonbeachcommercial.com/parts-and-accessories/universal-stainless-steel-container-110e/) and use your [commercial spindle mixer](https://hamiltonbeachcommercial.com/drink-mixers/) to integrate the ingredients until smooth. Pour into serving glass of your choice, add garnish and serve.
