We present our variation of a classic cocktail that made its debut in the 1980s, the Fuzzy Navel. It's fitting that this version comes from Bartender Magazine, since Wikipedia credits its founder Ray Foley with having created it.
If you've never had one, be warned that it is made for someone with a serious sweet tooth. Enjoy!
(Recipe courtesy of Bartender Magazine, Foley Publishing Corporation)
1½ oz. peach schnapps
1½ oz. triple sec
24 oz. canned peaches
3 oranges (quartered and peeled)
1½ cups ice cubes
When blending frozen drinks, always put liquid ingredients in the jar of your high performance blender first. Then follow by adding solid ingredients such as fruit and ice, blend for a few seconds, and enjoy your cool creation.
If you have a fun or interesting drink recipe, please submit it here. The best stories and recipes will be published on our blog and distributed to the HBC Community, nationally and potentially internationally.
