In celebration of St. Patrick's Day -- an occasion that has evolved into a huge party here in the States -- we present a variation on the classic Irish coffee recipe.
If it's still unseasonably cold where you are, feel free to stick with the original.
Frozen Irish Coffee
Ingredients:
3 oz. Irish whiskey
½ c coffee1½ c simple syrup
3 c ice cubes
Instructions:
Add the ingredients to a high performance blender jar in the order listed. Blend to the desired consistency and garnish with whipped cream, mint leaves, or whatever you choose. Enjoy!
