Frozen Chocolate Covered Coconut

1½ oz.       Monin Dark Chocolate Sauce
½ oz.         Monin Coconut Syrup
1 shot        espresso
2 c.            ice
4 oz.          half & half
Flavored whipped cream and toasted coconut or chocolate shavings to garnish, if desired 

Add the ingredients to a high performance blender in the order listed, adding ice last. Blend to desired smoothness. Pour into serving glass of your choice, add garnish and serve.

Note: For small batches of flavored whipped cream like the suggested garnish for this recipe, we recommend the AirWhip Frothing Jar.
