From Me to Yuzu

Yuzu adds a refreshing citrus element to this beverage and gives it a slightly different flavor profile than your standard frozen lemonade. Our creative partners at Monin® have created this recipe to highlight this native of East Asia and present a different variation to a popular treat for summer.

From Me to Yuzu

Ingredients:

2 oz.             Monin Yuzu Purée
4 oz.             fresh lemon juice
1 oz.             Monin Maple Pancake Syrup
 
2 c.               ice 
 
Edible flowers, lemon wheel, and/or mint sprig to garnish the serving glass, if desired 
 
 
Directions:

Add the ingredients to a high performance blender in the order listed, making sure to add the ice last. Blend to desired smoothness. Pour into serving glass of your choice, add garnish and serve.
