Cold Cucumber Soup
(Recipe by Hamilton Beach Commercial)
Ingredients:
1 small cucumber, pared, chopped, & seeded
1 green onion, chopped
½ cup green pepper, chopped
Dash of garlic powder or 1 garlic clove, chopped
2 tsp. oil
1 cup low-fat yogurt
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients your high performance blender in the order listed. Puree until smooth and serve chilled.
