Blue_cocktail-950020-editedThe combination of blue curacao and pineapple juice in this summery cocktail results in an aqua blue color reminiscent of tropical waters. It's an easy drink for any bartender to blend up, even on a busy night.

Ingredients:

1 oz. rum
1 oz. peach schnapps
½ oz. blue curacao
2 oz. sweet and sour mix
2 oz. pineapple juice
1-1½ cups ice cubes

Instructions:

When blending frozen drinks, always use a high-performance commercial blender. Put liquid ingredients in the jar first. Follow by adding solid ingredients such as fruit and ice.
