Café Cajeta Shake

Ingredients:

1¼ oz.       premium silver tequila
1  oz.         Monin Salted Caramel Syrup
1 oz.          Monin Iced Coffee Concentrate
3 scoops   vanilla ice cream
16 oz.            ice
 
 
Chocolate drizzle, lime, Monin Caramel Sauce and whipped cream to garnish, if desired 
 
 
Directions:

Add the ingredients to a high performance blender in the order listed, adding ice last. Blend to desired smoothness. Pour into serving glass of your choice, add garnish and serve.

Note: For small batches of flavored whipped cream like the suggested garnish for this recipe, we recommend the AirWhip Frothing Jar.
