Over 1,000 members of the American Culinary Federation (ACF) descended on Orlando, Florida July 30th - August 3rd to participate in their annual conference. Attendees got to see cutting-edge demonstrations, check out innovative workshops and seminars, and interact with nearly 100 exhibitors under the tagline "Cook. Craft. Create."
Hamilton Beach Commercial was there, bringing their new line of culinary blenders to the floor and highlighting the durability, precision control and consistent results that are the brand’s hallmarks. Karen Williams-Roman, product manager for the back-of-the-house products for Hamilton Beach Commercial, ran a series of demonstrations that featured the HBF1100S, the one-gallon (4L) large capacity culinary blender due to launch in Q4 this year.
“When we talk with chefs, the most important thing for them is to be able to turn that blender on and know that it's going to provide great results for years to come,” said Williams-Roman. “It’s also making sure we get the right consistency of the products they’re trying to blend. They're seeing all that and more with our blender line.”
