Starting tomorrow, Fiera Milano in Milan will play host to over 150,000 attendees and more than 2100 exhibitors representing every continent around the globe. The HOST 2017 exhibition is so large that it requires 14 pavilions to contain all of the participants. The largest food and technology fair in the world, HOST draws this global audience to Italy every two years.
The 2017 show is the 40th edition, and the big new feature is something the organizers are calling "The Experience Gallery". Connecting halls 10 and 14, this new "event within an event" will highlight two ever-popular categories, Ice Cream & Pastry and Coffee.
In addition, the events calendar for the duration of the exhibition features over 500 special events, performances, seminars, workshops, show cooking and demonstrations by chefs, baristas and pastry makers.
