To create truly smooth smoothies, always put the liquids in first and blend them well. Then add any soft fruit or dry ingredients. Next, add ice or ice cream if the recipe calls for it. Last, put in stickier ingredients such as peanut butter. For the smoothest results, blenders that use a vertical blending technology are best. Also, look for quieter models that won’t disturb customers or staff.
