![Strawberry_Shortcake_Smoothie](https://blog.hamiltonbeachcommercial.com/hs-fs/hub/358358/file-1728415768.jpg?width=349&name=file-1728415768.jpg)For Valentine's Day this weekend, we present the Strawberry Shortcake Smoothie, for your customer whose motto is "eat dessert first."  It combines fresh or frozen berries with pound cake, milk and whipped cream for a summery taste. 

**Strawberry Shortcake Smoothie**

Ingredients:  
2 cups strawberries  
1 cup crumbled pound cake  
1 ½ cups milk  
1 ½ cups ice  
Sugar to taste

Instructions:  
Add ingredients to a [high performance blender](http://www.hamiltonbeachcommercial.com/en/high-performance-blenders.html) in the order listed. Blend lightly and top with whipped cream and more strawberries.
