Meet Bruno Serato of @caterinas_club, a #foodservicehero from Anaheim, California with a long history of service.

In addition to running the Anaheim White House Restaurant @anaheimwhitehouse, 15 years ago he founded Caterina’s Club to provide food to at-risk kids and their families.
Even before the pandemic, he and his team were serving dinner for over 3,500 kids in need a day. When his the COVID-19 stay-at-home orders began, he and his team pivoted to support local Boys & Girls Clubs and provide them with food. To date, Chef Bruno and his team have delivered over 545,000 meals to children in need.
We are honored to recognize his continuing contribution to his community.
